Complete Wall Alignment and Scaffolding System - FabForm; 460 ea Wall Attachment Brackets, 180 ea Brace Adjustment Brackets, 150 ea Catwalk Support Brackets; The complete set of FabForm system used for this project allowed for easy installation of many wall configurations and is easy to transport and store. The building crew was easily able to install the system for every wall configuration used. Example – high walls, low walls, bays, gables, internal walls, T walls, etc. The system is made for ICF wall construction and is quickly installed and removed since it uses framing lumber and is assembled with screws. The lumber used can be reused for framing a high percentage of the time. The catwalk has handrails and is very stable, allowing for safe completion of the walls’ top rows and for the concrete pour. The manufacturer has some videos @fab-form.com that show the system. The videos don’t do it justice. I didn’t have a single complaint from the contractors using the system. The ICF build efficiency was greatly improved, and I didn’t have the high expense of renting scaffolding for the several months it took for the three poured wall levels of this project.
